I received a package where the contents had spilled out into the box. I emailed there customer service and they were quick with a response, handled the problem efficiently and made me whole.

I took the quiz and bought the trial month for once. I have tried many products over the years, but so far none have helped me as much. I was put off by the high price at the beginning, but with the quiz and a suitable trial month for a low price, you can test the products without spending a lot of money.

They clarified that the pricing display I referred to is static and applies only to the full-sized Hero Set refill, and they are considering implementing a dynamic display. Additionally, with the help of the Customer Success Lead, I discovered that the price discrepancy was caused by an issue with my Edge browser—everything worked correctly in Chrome. This was an example of outstanding customer support, and I have to give them 5 stars. Despite selecting various extra items, the price of the "3-Month Refills" remained fixed at $99, and there was no clear explanation as to why. What made it worse was that while the "Today's Total" on the routine page showed $7.50, the checkout page suddenly showed $25.00, with no clear reason for the difference.
