I am enjoying the sample kit, but I don't recollect an agreement to be charged for an amount of $161.43. A choice wasn't allowed for which products I would like to buy. I thought I could choose which products I wanted after the samples arrived. If I have made a mistake I'll gladly edit my review. Thank you for the sample kit. I'll research this further and adjust soon. Happy New Year everyone!

Very honest and high quality company, their products are like magic for my skin.

The products themselves were ok. I was having a few breakouts as my skin was getting used to something new. When I wanted to return the items bought, they were very understanding of my situation and did me a huge favor in refunding my purchase when I sent the items back — great customer service! Just wished my skin was able to adjust to the skincare products a bit better.

Extremely new and in time I hope to return to give a 5-star review. I've been trying Strengthening Shampoo/Conditioner Co-washing Products over a week and love the results. A little costlier than what I've used in the past, but well worth it, if you want healthy looking hair.

Geologie really helped me get started on my skincare journey. They really make it easy to start and understand. My only issue is it’s hard to time the subscriptions right. One cream ran out before another and I had to wait a bit and the individual bottles don’t really line up with the subscription dates all together.

I had an issue with subscription which was addressed by Geologie team (Andy and Shawn)....it did take some time but they continued to work with me until the issue was fully resolved....I really like that they stayed with me till we worked through the issue...Thank you Team Geologie, way to go!!

Update: After several emails, I have received a full refund from the company + a free moisturizer for my dry skin. I really appreciate this and would like to mention that they seem to care about their customers or potential customers. I saw opinions for their products on several sites, and it seems that for some people they really work, so I will change my review from 1 to 4 ⭐️. I tried their products and they were not bad. However, my skin is very sensitive and I started getting red and itchy after every skincare routine. Also, it was very dry in the morning, forehead was starting to peel off. I tried it for 21 days, and after, I wrote customer support to cancel the subscription for the moment (showing them pictures) because I was unsure, and given the prices of the products, i wanted to research a bit more about them. After 3 days of my notice, I was charged 162.5$. I wrote back to them and asked for a cancellation of the payment as it was made the same day, and they came back saying that they have a non-refund policy. I will keep writing to them and try to sort this out. Will update if the situation changes. In the meantime, be careful with what you order and to what you subscribe. I tried products for other companies and never had this issue before!

I really liked their products and their customer service was great. The only downside is the price for me. I only ordered the trial kit because it was 90% off and I wanted to see if it was worth the price. They have great products but for me, I am not willing to pay that much.
