Beware! Read the fine print and scroll all the way through.
Not a company to be trusted. Don't fall for the tricks. They are a subscription based company and lure people in wiht a free or discounted one month trial. They then charge your card a whopping $160. If you contact them they claim that everything was clearly stated on the website. Here's the kicker. You don't receive any kind of welcome email, any notification that your subscription will be starting, no email with delivery info, etc... It isn't until you see a charge on your credit card that you realize what has happened. Whe you contact them they tell you the product has already shipped and their policy is no returns. Supposedly my shipment was shipped on Jan 6 and today is the 17. No product and when I follow the tracking info, given to me today as I discuss refund with Milos, it doesn't give any info except that it is on its way. Eleven days? This is all very suspect and heavilly suggests of a scam. Please don't give this company a try. At least not until they develop more ethical and better practices. They also give you the impression of being a big company with all these teams. Look them up. They have 6 employees. All I can say is interesting. 1/22/23 - Update Since posting this review the company has resolved the issue. I do appreciate the resolution. I will not be using the product and plan on refusing delivery. I don’t play those types of games. I do redact my statement about 6 employees. I did find another site that listed 10. Perhaps they have more. I however will still stand by my earlier comment that when I ordered the free product I did not see anything about a subscription. However, looking at the website itself and doing I did see that a subscription service was indicated multiple times in multiple spots. However, when I did a similar deal through Facebook the checkout screen had a small notice of subscription below the check out button. The page looks like it is finished but if you scroll it does continue with explicit details of subscription. Intentional? Just a coincidence? I don’t know, but hopefully people will be aware that Geologie is subscription based. Update - 2/16/2023 Just received the product in the mail. It supposedly shipped the 6th of January. I will be taking it back to the post office and refusing delivery. I was told by a Gelogie representative that I could not cancel the order and get a refund because it had already been shipped. If that were true then why did it take about 40 days to get to me? If you want to cancel and receive a refund start posting reviews of your experience. It wasn't till I started doing this that someone finally reached out and issued a full refund. I have also been keeping a watch on the various Geologie ads that come across on Facebook. People need to read the fine print and scroll all the way to the end of the page. There is no way of just receiving a sample without signing up for a monthly subscription. I think in peoples' haste to get what they think is a free sample (or highly reduced) they don't do the diligence of reading every thing. To me this just seems to be a company playing on people's reaction to getting a deal.

Hey Brian! Appreciate your review here. It sounds like our CSM followed up with you to ensure you were taken care of and you confirmed that, after running back through our trial an additional time, you indeed saw all the different places and ways we communicate subscription details. We hope you get some good use out of your full-sized regimen once it arrives, and please let us know if our definitely-larger-than-six-people staff can help with anything else along the way.
