They ship via DHL. That’s about all you need to know. Don’t order from them if you have any kind of timetable you’re looking to receive your product by. Or if you even want to receive your product at all, really. I’m not sure where they are shipping from but the tracking said it was from Illinois. I could walk there faster than this transit time. I placed my order 1/12 and it shipped on 1/13. There has not been a shipping update since the 13th. I’ve reached out multiple times and been assured the package is “moving again.” It isn’t. As of the most recent update from Geologie, the shipment was “stuck” and needs 2-3 days to update tracking. Now my tracking number doesn’t work at all. My hunch is they never shipped it. On top of that, I chose a one time order trial kit. Paid more for it to specifically avoid a subscription. I was enrolled in a subscription set to refill after 30 days. I was able to cancel it online but if I hadn’t, it’s possible I would have received the refill before my original order at this rate. As much as I like their shampoo, I will not be ordering from this company again.

I order a lot online and ordering from Geologie has by far been the worst experience I've had. After waiting almost a month for products to arrive I was assured they were on their way only to find out that the package was never provided to the shipper. The customer service reps are nice but highly ineffective. It has been a month since my order and still no refund or products. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for skincare products. Geologie has great products but they may never arrive and dealing with customer service for weeks is simply not worth it.

I was charged $107 on January 13, on February 2 still no product. I didn't care for the product anyway and canceled right after this charge. When I contacted them to ask for a refund because my product still had not arrived I was offered rewards points for compensation stating that they do not do refunds or returns. I was then told that I hadn't canceled like I thought. I spent the next 30 minutes trying to figure out how to cancel. HINT:they make it pretty near impossible. Do not deal with this company. The fact that they think it's okay for people just to accept products being 3 weeks late is abhorrent. This is a subscription and if I actually did want this product and was relying on it being here I would have already bought something else by now and would be out that money and the only thing that is offered his reward points as absurd. I have never dealt with a company that had a policy like that. And the fact that you can't just say that you no longer want the items that were way too late and would like to return them unused and unopened and you are not allowed to is also way far outside of anything I've ever experienced. So you'll see a reply below but it basically just says the product that you don't want that you overpaid for and is 3 weeks late is on the way cool you're still paying for it. And you're welcome for canceling the subscription that we made it really difficult to cancel so that people would end up stuck or giving up. UPDATE:Items arrived today and I was charged for Full sizes and sent TRIAL SIZES. Customer Service phone number is busy.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Customer service is TERRIBLE. I had a subscription. First delivery was two plus weeks after the transaction processed. Second delivery never arrived after the company happily billed me for the products they did not send. At no point in the last few weeks has the customer service been helpful, just stalling and delaying while not taking any action to remedy the issue. I cancelled my subscription after disputing the transaction today. Beware!!

I ordered their free trial and my order sat in the 'Shipping Label Created' stage for over a month. I had a customer service team member reach out multiple times with cool add-ons and free gifts they added to my package, but it never even shipped out to me. After having to reach out a couple of weeks ago about where my package was, the customer service rep said it wasn't their fault and they don't know what happened to the package. The last message I received from him a week ago was that there was good news and that my package was on the way, yet no information about the whereabouts of the package were added to the shipping information. Checked today and the label information is gone. At this point, I feel like this is just a scam tactic meant to start a $144 every 90 days subscription and hope the customer doesn't notice. I get it is a free trial but I paid for the shipping and it has been over a month. Most companies, especially at this price point would have just canceled the lagging order and sent a new one out expedited. Beware of this "free trial" advertising as it's likely just a marketing tactic. For me, I will stick with Lumin, who actually delivered their free trial products.

Pay attention to the messages from the company in response to shipping delays. It is now the second half of January; how are holidays still to blame? I placed my initial order on 15 Jan, but two weeks later tracking indicates no movement. I’ve requested a credit twice, but no response to that particular request. I closed my account. This company is obviously in over its head. Spare yourself the frustration of dealing with this headache. Update: After three weeks and being told several times that they had verified with the shipper that they had located my shipment and that it was moving forward, combined with refusal to credit my order, I finally received an email indicating that “this was a misunderstanding” and that the shipment was, indeed, lost. To be clear, there was no miscommunication on my behalf. The company asked if I would be okay with a replacement. Why would they think anyone would want to repeat this experience? I ended up with a credit and a replacement a month after the original order was placed.

SCAM. Beware! I ordered a trial two weeks ago. I was charged. Didn’t get any shipping info. Didn’t receive any product. All attempts to reach customer service haven’t been returned. They have my money and there doesn’t appear to be anything i can do about it. **UPDATE** Company reached out and provided tracking info. Tracking info states that USPS has not received item yet. This happened the day after I posted the negative review here. Response says delay is because of the holidays. But, I’m not experiencing these delays from any other company I do business with. I want to make it perfectly clear. I reached out and did not hear back from the company until I posted a negative review on here.

So there is always a catch right? I ordered for geologie products through subscription and as and when I got my products it caused redness and allergic reaction. I was so disappointed, as my skin otherwise would agree to all products. When I reached out, they already said sorry your next order is shipped out and I cannot do anything about it. And mind you they do not send you any notifications or ask you about the products they ship. They just need the money. I would never ever recommend this to anyone.
