The worst phone company...
Paid for an upgraded phone from a street agent and it barely holds a charge and takes forever to charge. I called customer service and they said I have to pay to send it back and for them to send me a replacement. Which is 7-10 days for them to receive it and an additional 7-10 days for them to send one back. This is ridiculous! I can't even get a refund for all the money I spent.

The phone barely works
The phone barely works! It barely holds a charge! And the phone is slow slow slow!!! The speakers are not loud enough!

Hi B.J., The Lifeline program provides a government subsidy that covers a plan with a limited amount of monthly data. Lifeline plans include a set amount of data that resets each month. If it’s not refreshing as expected, our Care team can take a look. If you’re using it up quickly, you can also upgrade starting at $10/month for more data.
