The phone is okay but slow.
The phone was okay somehow is goes slow for the signal. I don’t have anything that I like or dislike I just being honest that it goes slow.

Hi Yolanda, thank you for your feedback the Lifeline phones that we provide for free are meant to cover essential use like calls, texts and light browsing, but we know some people need a little more. We do offer low cost upgrade options if you want better performance if you’d like to explore them.

so of course i love havifreeng a free…
Ok so of course i love having a free phone with ftee minute. But the data runs out so fast! But over all, i appreciate the free phone. Thank you!

The Lifeline program provides a government subsidy that covers a plan with a limited amount of monthly data. If you find you’re using it up quickly, you can upgrade to a higher plan for as low as $10/month to get more data and extra features. We’re here to help if you’d like to switch!

Sometimes the phone won't even ring in…
Sometimes the phone won't even ring in or u can't call out. . it's weird then some days there's no issues an everything works fine.

Different company same disappointing results.
Not any better from the other phones. Actually with this one, I seem to have more drop calls and the volume is horrible even when it's turned up. Different company same disappointing results.

Gen Mobile is okay
Gen Mobile is okay. It took more than 2 weeks to resolve an issue. In the beginning, everything was great. However, when I expressed concern over not being able to use my phone (and after plans had been paid), did GenMobile customer service become non-responsive and I kept getting bounced around from rep to rep. Several times a "supervisor" was supposed to reach out to me, but never did. And the last representative I talked to, argued with me about my details! If you are looking for a cheap plan, then GenMobile is your provider. If you are looking for great customer service that promptly addresses very important issues (such as unable to send/receive calls for a few weeks), then godspeed.
