I needed my number changed because I was getting too many calls and texts from the previous owner. They changed my phone number immediately and I haven’t had a single wrong number since.

The service is amazing and I havent had to deal with any major dead zones. I always get my phone calls, texts, and voicemails. I will say though, that the phone itself they provided me is terrible. The screen even at its brightest is still pretty dim, the volume even at its loudest is still pretty low, and the processing capabilities are pretty slow and glitchy.

Our phones are designed for essential use (calls, texts, and light browsing), but for better performance, we offer low-cost upgrade options. As an alternative, you can also bring your own device (BYOD). Call 611 to explore the upgrade options if you are interested.

I like gen mobile, but my only issues are the data is going out to frequently, the phone shuts off on it's own.

It works for what I need it for. Picture quality is horrible but I can receive calls and receive emails. Internet can be a little slow
