Our phones are designed for essential use (calls, texts, and light browsing), but for better performance, we offer low-cost upgrade options. The service can be extremely slow at times and some functions on the phone have suddenly stopped working. The button that turns the phone off and on doesn’t work, so I can’t light the screen unless I plug it in or get a notification.

It doesn't charge well. But otherwise it is pretty good, Even though it does cut out alot. I use a free text/call app when at home. And only outside my home do I use the phone.

Phone lagged during entire time using it which are up my data daily, the phone is so out of date i wasn't able to install important apps that i needed and it would shut down do to "device being hot" when it didn't FEEL hot.
