My phone died. It won't come on it won't charge. I tried calling and texting customer service they gave me a run around. I need a replacement phone asap . Both lied to me saying that they were sending me a email with a pin number. I received no email from either of them. Sorry customer service. The customer service phone person, spoke English so badly and her words literally ran together so you can not understand what she is saying.

It's a 4G phone that was inherently slow and after just a couple months the phone freezes or goes into different apps randomly without touch. I now can only make occasionally calls without the phone freezing.

If you find you’re using it up quickly, you can upgrade to a plan with more data for as low as $10/month.
