RITCHIE
There's not enough Internet.
Response from Gen MobileMay 21, 2026
Hi Ritchie, The Lifeline program provides a government subsidy that covers a plan with a limited amount of monthly data. If you find you’re using it up quickly, you can upgrade to a plan with more data for as low as $10/month. If you're a prepaid customer, you also have the flexibility to change plans at any time as your needs change. You can call 611 or visit genmobile.com/plans to explore your options.

The service seems fine but the phone is pretty close to garbage its glitchy and the touchscreen doesn't work well. The battery goes dead very fast. I'm grateful for the free service however. I would recommend paying the extra money for a better phone I just didn't have it the day I ordered.
