The only Reason I have 1 star ⭐️ is because I had to give them something to be able to write a review because if it were up to me they definitely wouldn’t had even got that star people beware this company or what ever it is is a complete joke my mom paid for service we did everything to activate ended up calling them they tell her oh we apologize give it 2-4 hours because we are currently working on the towers in your area uhhh ok have them benefit of the doubt called back next day in the morning being they close at 5 anyway she just spoke to another person mind you they all literally sound the same and this time they had the nerve to tell her oh give it 24-48 hours this time and I’m telling my mom wait what ask them again why so she did and go fit the lady tells her because we are working on the towers that crap don’t even make sense so I just told my mom to ask like wait a min does the tower provide service in this area yes or no so she asks and the lady says yes which makes absolutely no sense anyway long story short I told my mom to ask for a supervisor and asp a refund she did the lady has the nerve to put her on hold for a few mins and comes back and says your refund has been requested so my mom says ecscuse me refunded or requested ok what ever my mom then ask to speak to a supervisor the lady has the nerve to say there’s no supervisors available at this time so she calls back finally gets one who was just as equally dumb as the first person and they talk for a few minutes and next thing we no the phone goes dead they had the nerve to hang up people DO NOT I CANT EMPHASIZE ENOUGH ON DONOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH THIS SO CALLED COMPANY STRAIGHT SCAMMERS I REALLY HOPE THESE PEOPLE ARE EXSPOSED SOONER THEN LATER !!!!!

Staff needs more training, they lack knowledge and compassion. young man lied Tuesday night. He made me think that he was transferring me to another agent, i was put on hold for a second, call disconnected, i called back and received the voicemail stating they were closed. This took place after keeping me on the phone 20 minutes him giving me the wrong instructions to fix my problem. My have not worked since 9/6, this happened on 09/10, I’m hoping to get the problem fix tomorrow ☹️Dissatisfied customer.

First off when I got this phone I kept getting texts for people trying to get into bank accounts telegram and other kind of services to my phone I never set up a pin so the person that was at the little table in front of 7-Eleven set up a pin took a picture of me got the last four of my social and started using my information to open up all kinds of accounts like telegram and a bunch of other services to shop with be careful and beware

Do not use this carrier, bought a phone from them, worked for a month and then they told me it was transfered to another carrier.. This company is a SCAM!!!

I very much regret that I used the services of this unscrupulous operator. They turned off my SIM card three times for some unknown reason and two of my payments were not credited to my SIM card. very problematic network, I don’t recommend it

Poor quality phones and service run for the hills! Gen mobile is a complete SCAM!!!!!!

Don’t deal with them. I pay $51.00 a month for unlimited data. They have cut my data off and when I called I was told I had used a unreasonable amount of data and would have to purchase more data. I was puzzled and said I have unlimited data I was told to read the terms and conditions I said, but I have unlimited data and was told again that I’m using a unreasonable amount of data. Unlimited is unlimited these people are crooks and criminals don’t deal with them and report them for fraud.

Rude, constantly dealing with my phone being hacked, turned off, told my number "doesn't exist", getting hung up on when I call to report issues, been dealing with this company for years, I can't stand gen mobile
