Worse company ever
This time, huh? You guy suck! YOU make a pin I never gave, my phone was stolen and I can’t even deactivate it and gen mobile can’t access my account even when I give all information to them. Entirely useless! Never in my life would consider this an even somewhat of a company. I send for a pin and they send it to the phone I NO longer have? Ridiculous! I can’t even ask to add my email. Never again! And I understand account security, and all that you got to mail it to the right address and all that, but if somebody’s giving you all their identity information, it does not make any sense that since they moved, they can no longer have their account accessed or since they’ve lost or had their phone stolen or they forgot to put their email at the time of creating the account therefore they can no longer add edit or gain access. That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever and I would definitely say that this is something that needs to be addressed or brought to the attention of the Better Business Bureau.

Hi Jeffrey, we’re sorry to hear about this situation, especially with your phone being stolen. We understand how stressful that can be. When it comes to account access and PIN requests, we’re required to follow strict security procedures to protect our customers’ information. While we know that can feel frustrating in urgent situations, those safeguards are in place to prevent unauthorized access. That said, we’d like the opportunity to review your account and see what options may be available. We've requested more information from you through Trustpilot, so we can look into the issue.
