Awesome dependable service

Sam was a great driver. We had wonderful experience, with the rain and traffic, made it to the concert on time. Also with a last minute booking. Thanks!

Best customer service! After being told several companies that they could not accommodate my request, Sam dropped what he was doing a rushed to the airport for a pick up. He was very friendly and kept me updated the entire trip. I would highly recommend and will be using him again in the future.

The whole process from information gathering to the actual ride, all went exceedingly well, and I'd highly recommend Genius Limo for any ride needs in the greater Shenandoah area. Very knowledgeable, very courteous, and right on time made this a very enjoyable experience - you won't be disappointed.

The entire trip was super smooth even though I booked last minute. Sam and his team made sure to keep in touch even when I was already on the way to my destination to make sure I got into the car. Great service will definitely look into booking them for any future trip plans

The communication, commitment, professionalism and kindness is amazing. My family and I literally got stuck in the air for hours, rerouted for fuel and ended up at our final destination 6 hours after the original arrival time. Genius Limo was there, they understood, they communicated and got us to our destination.

Sam was so very responsive and accommodating! And our driver was the best! Professional and fun at the same time! This ride totally made our night. We were able to fully enjoy the concert knowing we had a driver dropping us off and picking us up! Thank you!!

We had a wonderful experience using Genius Limo. The driver was punctual and professional, he was also very entertaining. We will be using this company again when we travel in the area.
