Ordered a sapphire ring and in delivery it got damaged. Box crushed and ring bent. The ring was gorgeous but damaged. I sent pictures of damage to customer service just to let them know about damage and they immediately contacted me and sent a replacement ring without waiting for return. Very pretty ring at great price and wonderful customer service. I will definitely buy again and you should as well!!

Thank you for the quick response and offer for resolving the order mistake. Very appreciated. In the future, please also consider carrying solid gold as other options for the jewelry. For much of the world and people here from other cultures, only 24 k pure gold is considered real jewelry. Would love to have the sapphire earrings in gold.

My order was processed and shipped very fast. The items I purchased look great to me. They appear to be high quality, They are a gift for my wife, who has not seen them yet, Hope she agrees.
