The Very Best in Customer Service!!! I ordered a blue topaz earring set for my wife's Christmas gift, topaz because she loves the deep blue and it's also her birthstone. I ordered via Walmart, shortly thereafter I received a ship notice from Gem Stone King. Great! Fast service, however at the bottom of the ship notice it said order canceled by shipper. I sent an email to GSK and they informed me that Walmart had canceled the order and issued a refund. I wrote back saying that WM had issued refund because GSK had canceled. At any rate Gem Stone King explained that they had only canceled the FedEx shipping order, not the actual order. Thus the confusion. Very happy to report Gem Stone King has sent the order w/o charge! Next time I order, and I foresee many, I will Go directly to GSK. Outstanding service, they didn't stop until they had found out exactly what was going on and rectified the issue. Thank You Very very much!!
