The stone came off the first time we have it on

Sent me a different ring instead of refunding me or asking me first

The ring that I received was beautiful and exactly what I wanted but the stone was so loose that I could literally spin it in the setting. It’s only been just over a week and I had to go to another company to buy a different engagement ring.

I received a gem bracelet as a Christmas gift with both my mother's and my birth stones. It was a very special gift. It broke within a few days. So as not to offend my friend l purchased the same bracelet....it broke within one day. Very disappointed...

Item was received broken. Customer service rude and indifferent to problem. Refund received without tax. Had to call multiple times to solve problem..NEVER AGAIN!

Still haven't gotten my refund

I purchased a black onyx ring for my girlfriend for Christmas. It was beautiful and she loved it. Sadly, the stone fell off less than 12 hrs from when She opened the gift (while removing her glove!). Gem Stone has promised to replace it, but wanted me to pay for shipping of the damaged product - which I did not think was appropriate for a faulty product. When I complained, they promised to send me a shipping label within 24-48 hrs. It’s Day 7 and still nothing. They keep saying 24-48 hrs, so I think I’m getting the run-around. No one ever answers the phone and their online chat does not work. Email seems to be their communication of choice. They don’t seem to understand that they’ve disappointed two people: me, the purchaser, and my gf, the recipient. Steer clear. Customer service is lacking. Best to purchase via Amazon (they source from Gem Stone) and take advantage of their superior customer service if product is faulty like mine.

My shipment was late and the wrong size was sent.
