Gem Stone King is a real GEM 😆 Lots of really nice merchandise and awesome prices AND quality. It got me thru Covid 😁 Easy returns, nice customer service. BUT, your website needs some upgrades: a save for later option at checkout; items more itemized, i e when I search for 3-stone rings, I don’t want to see earrings and bracelets and necklaces; website jumps around unexpectedly and I have gotten really good at jumping thru hoops to get back to where I was; more items per page, or at least a choice. Are you a British company based in New York? If not, the person who first answers your phone should not have a British accent.
