Its the first time i order from gem stones king, but i have to say that the customer support is veryyy slow and not supporting at all, although quality is acceptable, i wasn't fascinated but it was acceptable

The garnet rings I ordered are significantly darker in appearance than in the photos, and I plan to return them. I ordered two one for me and one for my sister. I thought it would be nice for us both to have the same ring, so each time we would wear it we would think of each other since we live in different states. I wear a size 8 ring on my left middle finger and your size eight was too small.

The chain didnt fit through the bale of the amethyst pendants for the two necklaces I ordered. I had to smoosh it with needle nose pliers.

My ring came with two missing stones. They were very little and you could not tell at first glance, but nevertheless they were still missing. We were very disappointed and felt ripped off.
