I have purchased many items. About 1/4 of the time (maybe little less) I am not happy with a purchase due to size or a style mostly. If I follow the rules they allow returns and I almost always upgrade from original selection. I like the chance to revise my purchase. I have better taste than I give myself credit for. They have lovely selections but I do have favorite vendors. I also like the education you receive from time to time.
