I have been shopping with the Gem Shopping Network since 2017. Most of the gems and jewelry I have purchased I have been extremely pleased to own. I purchased both for myself and for my wife. On the rare occasion that I receive something and it does not meet my expectations, Customer Service has been very easy to work with in arranging for a return for refund. Outstanding people to work with and I will continue to spend my children's inheritance with these folks.
