i purchased the Luggage Pro
i purchased the Luggage Pro. works great, especially the light feature. Send alerts as indicated. In my opinion the best luggage tracker on the market. Even send notification when arriving at an airport. i use it in my vehicles. Found it to be very useful and precise. Customer service is beyond helpful and understanding. Great company to deal with.

Since moving to Spain
Since moving to Spain, we’ve not only used the GEGO PRO for our trips but also during the week in our cars and sometimes in our daughter’s backpack when she goes to scout camps. On the rare occasions we contacted support, the service was excellent and prompt—our issues were resolved in less than an hour.

Devices don't work.
Devices don't work. And very expensive subscription plan For every unit you buy , you need to get a separate subscription plan (around 80 $ every year). But they don't work in my case . Bought to with one subscription plan .but the device doesn't work now in 2026 i get a reaction from the company. Very strange. I threw the devices away. Worthless

We're sorry to hear about your experience. GEGO requires an active subscription, as each tracker has its own built-in SIM card for real-time GPS tracking. If your device isn't working as expected, please contact us at [email protected]. We'll be happy to review your case and help find a solution. The GEGO Team 2026 Reply You're absolutely right—it is 2026! 😊 I'm the CEO of GEGO, and I was reviewing the only two negative product reviews we've received (the other two were related to shipping/logistics). Your review caught my attention, and I was genuinely curious about what happened in your case. Even though it's been some time, it's never too late. I'd love the opportunity to learn more about your experience We're confident in our product and would be happy to demonstrate that it can deliver the reliable tracking experience we designed it for. If you're open to it, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We'd love the chance to make things right. Daniela

Dont buy these trackers
Dont buy these trackers, it is the worst product since the gps was invented. I did buy two and when you use them you can't be sure that they show you where your luggage is, so you end up more nervous about it than secure. One of them always shows the one suitcase way ahead of the other, even though its not true. Always the amount you have to spent each month even though you dont use them, is not realistic.
