My recent experience with Chris Ginette was excellent. I can take that at step further and tell you that each of my experiences with Chris has been quickly executed in a seemless way often times saving me countless hours of frustation or embarrassment in meetings. He is the most valuable member of my team!

I just wanted to reach out and make sure I mentioned how over the moon I am with Chris and your whole teams service. Chris has never failed to get back to me within 15 mins of a call or email and literally has not left our side until any issue at hand has been completed. He is pleasant no matter how frustrated I become with the situation or Optimum or my software people. This last issue took us across all of our computers, to the state of Florida and back again to finally get the issue resolved and took 4 days to resolve! Chris stayed by our side and reached out first thing this morning to pick right where we left off. He has gone above and beyond and I just want to say thanks again for him and your services.

I just want to Thank Chris Ginnetti for his attention to detail and continued outstanding support. He went above and beyond this morning to help with an issue and immediately took the lead to correct a problem that could have gotten much worse. He has such a great attitude and friendly demeanor and makes you feel at ease that you are in good hands. Thank You again Chris

Geek support has an amazing team that helped me get my computer up and running the same day. I worked with Chris who walked me through the whole process not only diagnosing and fixing the issue but also explaining everything so I knew what was going on. Chris went above and beyond in order to get my pc running and checked up the following days to make sure everything was running smoothly. Highly recommend you consider working with this company if you’re having any issues.

My company finally found a company that can actually do what they say they can do and stick with solving the issue(s) until it is solved. Our experience with Geek Support was fabulous! This company is the real deal! We had some difficult email issues that had been going on for a year - no one seemed to know how to fix them. Chris is our rep at Geek Support. He assured us he would get everything fixed, and that's exactly what he did. He is professional, kind, and very supportive. Geek Support is now who we run to when we have issues. Give them a try -- you won't be disappointed. Happy in Texas

I have found all the folks at Geek Support to knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful. Being someone who grew up and went to school in the 1950's and 60's BC (Before Computers) I have a lot to learn. A few years ago, I purchased a WD Cloud but I was never able to actually. I also didn't understand the One Drive and iCloud and how to effectively use them. I would get pictures on my phone that miraculous appeared on my computer but I didn't know why. And sometimes they would not appear on my computer and I didn't understand that either. The guys at Geek Support set up my WD cloud and showed me how to set up other users, and download files. They also showed me how to utilize the One Cloud and iCloud so I never have to worry about loosing a file. In addition, they showed me how using the clouds I can migrate to a new computer with very little effort and without loosing any of my files. For someone who in the past has had a computer that failed and loosing all my files and data, this is absolutely great. I particularly like having the ability to call them whenever I have a question on anything related to Computing. Their assistance is well worth the cost of the service.

Geek squad helped me with my computer problem remotely. When I thought all was lost they came through like a wrecking ball and diagnosed my problems and help me solve them. 10/10 even the support they have were very supportive and understanding.

To whom it may concern. I've been working with Markee with Geek Support for several months now. He is always highly professional and responsive to my PC problems and issues. I don't know what I would do without him. We discussed me getting a new desktop PC and he suggested that a cheaper alternative would be a solid state hard drive. I had it installed last week and Markee helped me get it set up the way I needed. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Regards, Jeffrey Blood
