I worked with both David Grobman and Christopher Ginnetti thus far after recently joining GEEK SUPPORT. I was having issues with storage in malware. Between the two of them they did a fantastic job in resolving all of my issues on my PC and my iPhone. They made some recommendations about external hard drives so we won’t have to have a near critical situation happen on my PC ever again. I’ll be going back to them on a regular basis for virus and malware and spyware checks as well as any other technical issues I have. They were both friendly and understanding and it was nice to talk to someone I can understand.

David is professional, dependable and very knowledgeable in his field. He goes out of his way to assist you and is when you need him.
