I am so glad I decided to try Geek Support!! My computer was running so very slow I was thinking I would just give up on it, but I’m glad I didn’t! They had Chris Ginnetti contact me and he has been the nicest and most patient person! He knew exactly where to start troubleshooting and found the problems and then helped me understand what I need to check in the future! Even after fixing the issues he still contacted me each week to make sure it was still running like it should. I can’t say enough about his level of courtesy and professionalism! Thanks Chris!!

sense last october I have had major problems with a computor that wasn't even one year old. as it turned out Chris found that my provider was most of the trouble. Chris helped me get updated with a program that fit my needs, then he proceeded to fix other problems I had. Thank You Very Much Chris.
