Was assured that my assignment would be done on time. I even went as far as to tell them about the poor reviews they've received and how concerned I was. They assured me that there was more than enough time to find someone to complete my assignment. I send over the assignment and 10 minutes before it is due they ask for another 2 hrs. My professor does not take late work and there are no exceptions I should've followed my gut on this one and not even put my trust in them.

CRUEL GREEDY COMPANY WITH ZERO INTEREST IN HELPING PEOPLE. They continually gave me false information regarding my request and whether they would be able to complete it. From the beginning, it took them almost 24 hours to confirm my oder (although the website says is should only take 15mins- a couple hours). Then, even after confirmation, they continually called to ask for more money and more time. Communication seems poor amongst customer service reps because I continually had to reexplain myself. The tipping point was when they promised they could complete a quiz within a timeframe and then cancelled at the time it was due. Thus resulting in a failing grade. (I put my trust in them so I didn't look for alternative solutions because I had already paid a deposit and spoken to several people who reassured me that it would be completed). My largest qualm and the reason I write this review is the misinformation I continually received. If they cannot accomplish an assignment, I find it better to be straightforward and honest with customers. They set false expectations and afterwards refused to refund me unless I paid the full amount and waited for it to go in review ( a lengthy process that would not guarantee a return). Do NOT trust this company. They might say they'll finish an assignment, but doesn't mean they will honor their word. They care about profit margins, not you.

I’m pretty sure they make their employees complete those reviews. It’s a scam company. Asked them to revise my homework 5x and still didn’t get it right. I literally gave them the work and told them to modify it but they couldn’t. Plus, they are not cheap. There are far cheaper websites. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER
