!MUST READ! !BEWARE!
Heres the thing. DO NOT RELY ON GEEKLYHUB TO TAKE DIFFICULT TESTS OR TO STUDY AND RETAKE THEM SERIOUSLY, THEY WILL FAIL.
As for simple homework like Pearson, Math labs, Aleks, etc. They are great
Do not rely on them to do well on exams unless its a very easy class or basic concepts like math or maybe gen chem first midterms.
Best of Luck

Late assignments- like pulling teeth to get it done
The very fact that there really are no 2, 3 or 4 stars is already suspicious. The inflated amount of 5 stars is cause for concern, though that's not the reason for this review. I had asked for an assignment to be done within a 24-48 hour period. It was accepted.
Like the many other reviews on here, of course, it was late and they asked for an extension, which I granted (it was a lot of work so it's understandable) and the work must've been hard to understand. It was Multiple Choice and Short answers.
The multiple choice was completed on time but the short answers were not. Here began the circus act. They asked for a 24 hour extension (My class was ending the very next day so I NEEDED it done. I'd left myself a grace period on purpose) which I granted, trying to understand that it was an honest mistake by the Geek and he didn't understand instructions. For the next 4 days, I pulled teeth, attempting to get the work done.
GeeklyHub continued asking for extensions instead of working with the Geek to fix it or changing the geek it was assigned to. After the 4th day, I threw a fit, asking the Geek to be changed. The new individual had 3 short responses left, he completed one at a time, with me constantly reminding and extending the deadline over the next TWO days. Yes, 2 days for 3 short responses. Finally, it was over with so I thanked my lucky stars and submitted it.
All through this, I was keeping in contact with my "Account Manager". It seemed like I was talking to a wall when I tried to lower the price (Obviously I wouldn't be paying full price for work that wasn't done on time, especially not the inflated price for expedited work). The Account Manager was NO help and made me feel utterly frustrated. With ignorant comments here and there and absolute stubbornness coating his/her words (perhaps just to me because I was already beyond frustrated) I decided to look for a higher up, whom the Account Manager would not help me find. Apparently the Account Manager (henceforth A.M.) is the highest authority customers can speak with.
Fed up at this point, I hunted down the customer service chat. THIS is where they've earned their 2 stars. A third would have been for the QA team that got everything processed quickly but everything else just takes away from the stars. I'll settle with two for now, but know that the QA team would get a star if there was an option of giving 6.
Anyhow, customer service was on top of it! Explained to me that I'd have to pay first before any kind of investigation concerning a refund could be requested (the A.M. said NOTHING of the sort, merely stated something along the lines of "there can be no reduction of price for the $200+ you're spending but here's a crisp $10 to send you on your way!). Happy that there would be SOME kind of quality control investigation, I paid it all. I just wanted some reassurance. Within the next day, I got a wonderful message, nearly 50% (due to a few deals as well) refunded (though it got added to the site balance and not my card) and am now willing to give the service one more try.
Sorry it's long. It's my review, and hopefully it helps someone else if they're having trouble.
