Starting from the beginning to the end nothing but terrific service!!!!! I ordered a hoody in size medium and told them I wanted it as quick as I could get. I think a weekk later I had it in my hands! How ever I ordered the wrong size! I emailed their care team and recieved a response same day. They wanted to rush it to me same day! Simply delighted with the service and the quality of the product. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone! If you want to please a veteran --- this is definitely the place to go!

I have placed three orders with Proudvet 365 and pleased with the orders. Gearvet another website associated with Proudvet 365 and they have very nice military items. I have no problem placing an order with Gearvet.

I have ordered twice from this company. Both times the products were packaged well and arrived promptly. The quality is top notch. My husband loved them. Last time, I ordered the wrong size. The customer service was excellent. Prompt response and resolution.

Ordered a shirt in my true size but it was a little on the big side. Contacted customer service and they graciously sent me a smaller size. They are great to work with and answer emails immediately. Highly recommend the company and their products.

I just want to write about how wonderful you guys are the 3xl was to large for my husband, and you have helped out so much, they are even wrote me 3 times in helping me. They helped me out and it is fixed and they are sending my husband a new size. I really want to thank them for all of there help, and we will prbe buying from them in the near and I mean near future.

UPS lost my initial package and was very cavalier about finding it. They never did and when I contacted them, they told me that they couldn't find it and that they were going to reimburse the shipper. When I contacted the shipper they said, no problem and I received a replacement in days.

Had ordered 2 shirts for my husband who is a veteran. The shirts were his usual size, however when they arrived were a bit large in length and width. I contacted the company who was gracious enough to send 2 smaller size shirts at no charge. Thank you!
