I'm more than happy with the items I purchased from GEARVET. The attention to detail is outstanding and I love wearing my hat, shirts, and jacket out in public. The material they use is very comfortable, and easy to take care of. I ordered a particular U.S. Marine Corps hat. Unfortunately what I received was not what I ordered. I contacted the Company and they were deeply sorry for the mix up and within a couple days they notified me that the hat I had originally ordered had been shipped. This hat was shipped in a box unlike the first hat. I can't say enough about the great customer service they provided.

Ordered a cap for a friend who is a retired colonel in the Marines. The shipping took a little longer than I expected, but when they explained that items are made, it made sense & I understand. They were very responsive & kept in touch as the item traveled to its destination. Appreciate the great customer service & quality merchandise.

I had very particular requirements for what I wanted on my Navy retired cap. I knew what I wanted, though, and explained it to Lisa at Gearvet. She asked questions, showed me a detailed mockup, waited for my approval, and then Gearvet delivered precisely what I wanted for what I think was a very reasonable price. The delivery was efficient, but since it was custom, I expected some delay; however, it turned out to be not too bad at all.

The products are great but plan on a 10 14 day wait for delivery also since coming directly from China tracking your item is a pain.
