Lisa was great. I received the wrong size shirt and she worked some magic to ship me the correct one free of charge. I would highly recommend shopping here if you are a Vet or simply just desire to support your favorite vet.

I am totally delighted with all my purchases on Gearvet. I'm a disabled Vietnam era veteran and my son was Army. I purchased a leather jacket for each of us. I also bought myself an Air Force Hoodie and a polo shirt, bought my son a T-shirt and cap hat. Everytime I wear my leather jacket I get praised about it and thanked for my service. Such a great company and employees! Even though I had made a mistake with ordering they made everything right and did not charge for my replacement! I am happily surprised and greatful and my husband is going to wear his USAF hat with pride.

Horrible Company! They described the product I ordered as "high-quality material." What I received was thin, shiny, and highly smelly material. Not high-quality at all. They refused to refund me because they don't give refunds for "just not liking the product." When I pushed back asking them to define what "high-quality material" means to them, they ignored me. Sent several emails that they never answered. Their site says they will refund if the product does not match their description. Well, their description of "high-quality material" does not match the crappy material I received. BEWARE!
