I ordered a custom mug and it was created and shipped quickly. My mug was packed extremely well and came to me unscathed. Very pleased with every step of the process.

I never recieved a package that I placed before Christmas. It was for a Christmas present. I have been speaking with Daisy for 6 months and this is still not resolved. Their customer service is some of the worst I have ever experienced. They have not taken responsibility or showed empathy or helped in anyway. From my experience, this is a scam. I have paid for a product and they have not bothered to ensure their customer has recieved it. They keep placing the blame on other parties so they don’t have to deal with it. They are no longer responding to my emails but they will probably respond to this post straight away defending themselves. However I have emails as proof of their poor customer service.

Hi there, We are truly sorry for the situation you have experienced. We always take customer's feedbacks seriously to improve our products and service. For your case, it is an international order being shipped to the Brazil which doesn't offer full tracking so the tracking will stop updating once it is transferred to the international carrier. We have some countries that don't have scans after it leaves USA & also list this guidelines clearly on our site and hope customers can follow this. Although of this situation, we had arranged replacement free of charge already on January, please kindly check your email inbox for further information.

They sent me the wrong order (which I was accused of ordering). And refused to send another mug or refund it. The total for the mug was $31 which I’m not cheap. Terrible customer service and bad experience. I do not recommend ordering from this company to anyone.

This turned out amazingly! As there was not originally a white sport quad available, I sent an email and Daisy was able to design one to add to the cup! I surprised my wife with it the first day of riding season and she loved it!

I was very pleased with my order. It came on time and was beautifully done. The only thing I think they should mention is that the frame is not included. Thankfully I asked before I received it or I wouldn't have had the time to get a frame for it for Mother's Day. So that is the only thing I would ask that you do. But otherwise, I'm very happy with my order!
