Our messages all have an unsubscribe link at the bottom. On text messages, there should be an opt-out link. If there is no unsubscribe link at the bottom, or if it’s a personal email instead of our support email address, then it's not from us. If this is in social media, please adjust the settings on the specific app. We are a platform for many online stores that are independent entities and we offer customer service specifically focused on assisting with orders and addressing any other related inquiries. However, each individual store owner handles their own social media and advertising for their website.
