Very good quality! Love it

Fast shipping. Love the decal, although no one has stopped talking to me as a result of the insult plastered on my cheat. Sweater runs small so order a size up

My experience is different from what I've read. I ordered 2 t-shirts and a coffee mug that had my old fire dept. logo. Limited run on the items. Ordered the T's in black and ash. Communication was great, sent texts when they were printed and when they were shipped with tracking numbers. Received items in under 2 weeks and every retired friend was asking about them. I sent an email asking when they would begin the t's again and to tell them the white lettering on the ash shirt didn't show up. I was just advising them to maybe stick with darker shirts. They asked what color I wanted (dark blue), they made it and shipped it. I received it yesterday, kept the ash and they sent the new one and shipping free. I have no complaints with them
