Hello Patricia, Thank you for your message. GearLaunch licenses a software platform that third parties can use to set up their own online stores and does not do any advertising or marketing for any online store, nor does it print or ship items purchased from any online store. However, we will be happy to assist you. If you can please send us the emails you've received at [email protected], we’ll look into it further. A screenshot also works as long as it includes the headers, specifically, the email address the email was sent from. We look forward to hearing from you. Best, GearLaunch
