I was vey reluctant to purchase through this company because I had not seen anything on this before. Well, I have to tell you how wonderful they are. It was easy to purchase and the quality and the fit are amazing!! My husband got a kick out of our last name on the shirt. If you have hesitation on ordering.. I’m here to tell you don’t. I purchase a hoodie with a silk screened image… it arrive on time, but the image was partly blurred. I sent a picture to support and they very quickly offered to replace it and I could keep the original hoody for my inconvenience. A couple days later they were apologetic and advised they could not replace the hoodie as the image was no longer available and they offered a refund. The refund was back on my credit card within 2 days! I am extremely pleased! I still have a hoody for those blustery days and I have my refund.

To be honest I was afraid to order anything online due to poor quality and products not being what they are advertised to be. But I bit the bullet and ordered a hoodie for my son for Christmas. I ordered it on Dec. 6th and it arrived today! I was truly blown away with it! The quality is outstanding and it's an actual hoodie...not one of those polyester cheap knock offs. It made my day and was worth every penny!! I had also contacted customer support because I was nervous that it would arrive late. More importantly than the product, they responded quickly and were absolutely fantastic!! I will definitely be ordering from them again!!

I made an order with Notitee, wasn't sure if item would be delivered before Christmas. I asked Customer Services and they were very helpful and assured me, that it was on it's way. My item actually arrived today. Would have no hesitate with ordering from them again.
