I ordered a sweatshirt from Gear Launch around the end of September. I was hoping to have it for an upcoming holidays, but it didn’t arrive on time. I was disappointed. I was in contact with their Customer Service for several days. Customer Service was absolutely FANTASTIC! They answered every question and they kept me posted on the tracking of my sweatshirt and for this I was grateful.

We saw the ad on face book and thought it may be a scam being suspicious we checked it out and took the plunge and ordered. Can i tell you the customer service is excellent and to say it came from the USA at Christmas time wow. and the Tee shirts are exactly as advertised and great quality.
