We see that you’ve been in touch with our Customer Service team and after reviewing your order and the tracking information, they informed you that if the package didn't show up within 10 days of delivery date (by May 30th), to reply to their message so they could walk you through the steps to file a claim for the shipping warranty. Unfortunately we see that your order has been disputed and as we explained by email, once dispute is created, the funds are withheld by your payment institution until the issue is resolved.
