I have never had a order take so long…
I have never had a order take so long to get delivered. It has been 2 weeks and can not get any information from tracking my order. Your customer service could not help me at all. I will never order anything else from your company. Still have no idea when we will receive it.

You included an address for returns on…
You included an address for returns on a card. My item was sent back to me by the PO saying there was no such address. You have made returning this item for refund nearly impossible for me. Responses to me by email have been totally unhelpful. The walking sticks came with one set of directions and they were in Chinese. You couldn’t provide them in English. I am 78 years old but would never order from your company again.

Order incomplete
Order incomplete, no power supply. I have sent pictures of the items received and have not gotten any satisfaction. Please issue me a refund.

I just got charged for an item I did not request this time. Why? I have received what I needed the first time. I did not request the item again. Please take this charge off.

No tracking update one week after order…
No tracking update one week after order charged to Amex completely in the dark when order will be received.

Total scam….I ordered a pair of gloves
Total scam….I ordered a pair of gloves. Product was fine. However they unknowingly continued to charge my credit card for months after. I have seen same complaint from other people. Someone involved with Michigan consumer affairs need to look into this

har bestilt hansker fra den side, alt er ok med hansker, men.... etter bestilling trukket de ekstra 19.99 USD og deretter hver mnd fra din konto 19.99 USD for meblemskap du velger ikke. vær OBS!!! og de refunderer ikke de pengene.

I ordered a dancing/singing cactus as a…
I ordered a dancing/singing cactus as a gift,in advance of a friends birthday. When we finally opened it, it didn't work. We tried 3 different sets of batteries and nothing. Very disappointed, and it was now past and replacement/exchange/refund time. Total waste of money. Buyer BEWARE!!!!
