Horrible people! Scam artists. Run away, save your money.

Total thief, I have been delivered with the product but the spec sheet was not really honest. Then they suscribe you automatically to a prime offer for monthly reductions. This costs 20$usd per month and you do not even know it !!!!! They are real burglars. I had to change my credit card in order to stop this

Items received took a long time for shipping. Was held up in New Jersey somewhere. Shipping dates were not accurate. Also was charged for a membership that was not authorized. I just realized it and canceled the membership immediately looks like based on the reviews on this website, they will not return your money, I am sorry I did not read reviews on this website earlier. Do not order from this company at all. I will also be opening investigation with my credit card company. If you read the reviews on this website, all the positive reviews are essentially the same. Probably written by some bots . Addendum - their reply was to reach out to them via phone or email. Yeah / don’t get an email response back

I purchased an item on March 15th. I hadn't heard anything from the company, other than my original purchase email, so in April I emailed support. They responded with a "kindly" email stating the item has been sent to the warehouse and is shipping so. I replied back asking for the item to be canceled. To which I continued to recede the same response. I finally received the item, 6 weeks after the order date. I company website shows that they are based in America, but the item I received came straight from China AND all the instructions were in Chinese making it difficult to assemble. THEN, they had the gall to enroll me in some membership program, without my knowledge or consent. I filed a complaint with my credit card company when I hadn't heard back from the email I sent and the phone number I tried was invalid. I eventually got a refund on the "membership" they enrolled me in. I couldn't get a response as to what the membership even offered. Needless to say this company is pretending to be something that it isn't, based in USA. And charging for things that you didn't buy. And responds to customer support at 2 am MST. Buyer beware - Stay away!

Same issue as others $30 a month debit, hiding in purchases fine print for a warranty on a $50 item.. Won’t give money back but happy to take it.

Bought $108 in merchandise on Jan 14 and each month after I was charged 19.99 for 2 months then $59.99 must be for 3 months. I never wanted anything more then the merchandise in orders. No idea why they are charging me.So basically if you purchase something from them and click free shipping the fine print says you agree to a membership from them and they will start charging 59.99 after a couple months and most people will notice that and cancel and they KEEP YOUR MONEY!!! I won’t spend another dime here and I buy a ton of stuff online.

They take money from your account without permission. They are scammers. Do not buy anything from these maggots.

I paid for an item on sale but never received it. I am not able to access my account to track it. Customer support has never replied to emails. Repeated hanging up on my calls to support number. The support agent said the order had been fulfilled. She could not provide me with tracking information because the tracking site was down (very sketchy). Eventually, I was offered three choices. A) Store Credit. B) a 25% refund. C) Wait for the order. The agent also wanted way too much information from me. I was not comfortable with giving information to an offshore person. Looked up reviews and was shocked but not surprised at how bad they are. Also, they will enroll you in their rewards program without your permission which has a monthly recurring charge. Beware.
