Do not shop here
Do not shop here. They will take money out of your account that you didn't approve of and claim you signed up for their rewards program. Even though when you buy your first item there, they automatically enroll in you this program for $0. Suddenly a month later I was hit with a recurring fee for $69.99 that I did not authorize bc no one where on Their confirmation email or at checkout did it say this would happen. I have contacted the company several times, and they are not working with me to receive a full refund and ghosting me. Stay away!

Do NOT order from the website. Completed scam! They automatically signed me up for their rewards which charges $79 USD on a recurring cycle! Contacting their support team does not help - they refuse to return the funds even though it wasn’t used or authorised. Avoid at ALL COSTS!!

The company is out to scam you in every…
The company is out to scam you in every way possible. First off all their "gear" is just drop shipped from China after they mark it up 600% in price. It takes 1.5 to 2 months to receive anything, and if you have problems with it they will refuse any kind of customer service. Only way to get a refund is to dispute with your credit card company even if you receive a completely broken item.

So disappointed - avoid at all costs
So disappointed. As many other customers have stated, I placed an order and it never arrived. I emailed 4 weeks after the order was placed and was provided tracking link ( which I already had ). The tracker said 'in transit' for another week at which point I reached out again asking for a refund. Customer service went back and forth with me with excuses for why they couldn't refund my money. After I finally threatened to go to my credit card company they said it had indeed been lost and that they could replace it or do a refund. We are now three emails later ( with the last two stating directly "I want a refund" ), and I'm still being provided with alternatives to getting a refund ( store credit being the latest ). I would absolutely 100% never buy from this company again and would recommend anyone else to look for another source. Hopefully I get my money back but in the end, I ordered the same product from Amazon and it showed up within a day.

DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM. I UNCHECKED THE BOX TO SIGN UP FOR THE $60 MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP AND WHEN I WENT BACK TO CHECK ON MY ORDER STATUS IT HAD STILL SIGNED ME UP! I DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH MY INFORMATION AND IT TOOK OVER A MONTH TO EVEN GET TRACKING INFORMATION. AVOID THE STRESS AND FRUSTRATION AND DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Scammers and liars
Seat took weeks to get here. Now a few weeks later they try to sneak a $69.99 charge on my card (nowhere in checkout did it say i would be charged this amount). DO NOT buy from them. Im honestly considering reporting them to the authorities and BBB for fraud This edit is after their reply… They DO NOT care about your satisfaction as a customer in the replies here they tell you they do but in your email they just say “you selected the rewards program” when it was automatically tacked on

GEAR ELEVATION IS A SCAMMER !!!
SCAMMER !!! I purchased a pair of gloves for $14 as a Xmas gift for a relative the first few days of December. First I received an invalid tracking#. After several emails, they finally provided a legitimate tracking# and my relative eventually received the gloves. However, a month later I now have a $79.99 membership fee. I did not approve this fraudulent charge. Not sure if it is monthly or annual. Either way DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM !!! It is a scam to get your credit card info so they can make future unauthorized charges.
