Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding with the shipping delay, especially with the snowstorm. It means a lot that you recognized it was beyond our control. We’re so happy to hear that you love the gloves and that they keep you warm while still allowing you to move comfortably and use your phone. That is exactly what we designed them for. Your sizing tip is also incredibly helpful and will definitely help other customers find their perfect fit. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback. We’re grateful for your support and hope to serve you again soon.
