I ordered a weighted vest. Key word is "weighted". The product page stated it came with weights. When the product arrived, it was only a vest and did not come with weights. I emailed customer service about the lack of weights and they said it didn't come with it. I sent them the screenshot of the product page and they replied saying that they were out of weights. They gave me two options: 1. Return the product for a refund of the product (but not a refund for the shipping cost), and I have to cover the cost of shipping it back to them. 2. They would send me weights, but I needed to pay for the shipping costs. The email conversation was back and forth (each time a different representative), and numerous times I asked them why I had to foot the bill for their false marketing and they never gave any semblance of an answer to most of my questions. So if you are willing to risk getting a partial product that they will do little to nothing to help rectify, by all means utilize Gear Elevation. But they are probably just a scam trying to make money shoveling crap and minimizing righting a mistake.

Not sure if I will ever receive this order. I should have known and read the other reviews before I placed this order. I think I just threw money away.
