While we are a US-based company, some of our products—like the cat grass treats—can sell out quickly in our US warehouse. In those cases, we may ship directly from our manufacturing partners overseas, such as in China, to avoid delays and keep prices more affordable for our customers. We also have fulfillment centers in the US, Canada, Malaysia, and Singapore, which is noted in our FAQs.
