Enrollment is in fact shown at checkout and also included in the order confirmation email, giving customers the option to review and opt out if they prefer. We want to assure you that your refund has already been processed, and while the carrier unexpectedly re-scanned and put the package back in transit, this was beyond our control. That said, you are welcome to keep the item at no additional cost if it does arrive. We’ve also sent you an email with more details regarding your order and the refund. Hi Raleigh, Thank you for reaching out, and I’m truly sorry to hear about your experience. We’ve now fully canceled your subscription, and no further charges will be attempted. For reference, during checkout, customers have the option to remove the subscription/rewards program from the cart before completing the order. This is shown clearly on the checkout page. Additionally, the details of the subscription are outlined in the order confirmation email, which also includes instructions on how to cancel if it was added unintentionally. We understand that not everyone finds the program useful, and we appreciate your honest feedback. I'm also sorry to hear the headband didn’t fit comfortably, thank you for letting us know.
