Bought a “FitBit” watch from their website. We received a cheap knockoff. Wouldn’t work with the FitBit app, ask for a refund, they offered 2$. Said I wanted a full refund, they offered 5$. Had to go to PayPal to get them to honor their “100% satisfaction guarantee “

Hate giving them one star!!! They are a rip off and although they claim that you have 30 days to return an item but they will not provide return instructions! I paid $148 for shoe boxes that were supposed to be made of plastic and what i received was boxes made of paper! Completely deceptive advertising!!!! As of today the have offered me a 5 dollars refund!

I want give them zero star . If I can It took more than 2 weeks to get my items. I am trying to return it to them. But not sure, I can return or not Waiting reply from them. Very slow response from them

I wish I had read the other reviews. It took 16 days to get my order. The item was a bracelet, wrong size, no tool to adjust like other vendors provide. Going to Support takes 3-4 days and goes in circles. Like, "they will check with Mfg .....", then no response. I replied again, they offered me $3 for my trouble. Their website offers "!00% satisfaction guarantee, ... We stand behind our products..." Totally not true. BTW: email "info (at) geardate-com" is not a valid email.

It’s a scam company that partners with other “deal” sites found on the. Internet. They delve mostly in counterfeit and junk items, misrepresenting descriptions, photographs, and brand offers. They promote a 30 day money back guarantee, but that too is false. Upon reaching out to them to start the return process, they wait a few days to answer the email, ask what exactly is wrong, wait a few days for a response, offer a $5 discount... wait a few more days for $10 discount... and to be told that shipping to China is far and would cost $30. The whole system is built upon fraud and preying upon ppl looking for a deal.. They are a disgraceful company part of a larger network of filthy and dishonest companies. Avoid at all costs.

Can’t give them less than one star, unfortunately. Do not buy from them (aka gadgetzones.com). Will not take product back even though they offer 30 day money back guarantee. I wish I would have researched them first.

I wish I read these reviews before I ordered this high prices inferior product. I ordered the Alta fit bit band. I had to pay a jeweler to adjust it and then it kept opening up while I was wearing it. In only days it was completely broken.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!! I gave them 1 star because zero wasn’t an option. They are scammers! They did not send the item that I ordered and it costs me more to return the item than what I paid and they will not refund the 'only. Completely unethical. Not located in California as they say they are, they are in China. No matter how legit their site looks, they are lying and you will not get the item that you have paid for. Just plan on getting scammed if you do business with them.
