This company is the worst service I have ever had ordering online- they charged quickly- but never delivered the order - I sent requests after request trying to get the order but it never happened- having to give them one star on this site to write a review is misleading because this company deserves a minus 5 stars

Don't buy from this company. I ordered a wireless dog fence shock collar system from geardate.com. It took over 20 days to receive the item and when I did, the collar didnt even work. It wouldn't even shock me. It only beeped when outside the perimeter. I have tried contactimg the company for a return and refumd and they will not answer my emails or reply. Don't buy from this company.
