GeardateReviews of geardate.com

This company is terrible. Do NOT purchase from them. I ordered a portable battery charger that was advertised as 20,000 mAH but I received one that only said 8,000 mAH. Their excuse was that they don’t sell the 20,000 mAH one anymore and their only solution was to refund me $10. If you buy from them you will get ripped off and regret it. Everything on their website is cheap quality.

This company is a SCAM do not purchase ANYTHING from them. I ordered a case for my note 8 and received the wrong case. After several emails from them they said this was the correct case which is a lie. I asked for an exchange as their website stated that exchanges and returns were easy. Well....another lie. Be wise, don't purchase anything from Geardate.COM they are a SCAM.

I ordered five Wi Fi security cameras from Geardate December 4, 2018 and receiving/shipping/arrival date was confirmed for 7-10 days later. When they didnt arrive as promised, I tried to track the shipment but could not track it because they were still in China, but was assured they would be arriving soon. After another 10 days, the cameras had not arrived, so I asked for a refund since Christmas was past. No reply from the company. On January 11, I finally received them so I decided to try one anyway. The camera kept sending me notifications that motion was detected and the audible alarm kept going off, even though no one was in my home! I continued asking for a refund and the company offered me 2 dollars! They had cost me $274! When I asked for an address to return them, no answer was given as to where to send them back. I dont recommend Geardate at all. Rick

I was interested in buying a 1080 Splash Drone from them and wrote them, asking how many batteries would come with the drone and the cost of additional batteries. I received a robo email response thanking me for my submission and stating that I would receive a response in 24-48 hours. That was nearly three weeks ago, and still no response. I noticed they did not post customer reviews on their site (didn't want to share?) and a close examination of their video representing the drone in flight revealed that this was not the one advertised. Further, after reading the many reviews on other scam exposure sites from people who sent them their money and either received a cheaper drone, or nothing at all, I decided this was, at best, a highly questionable company with no customer service, certainly not one I would send money to. You can find anything they sell on other legitimate sites.

This company is a SCAM! I bought a Magic Array induction charger from their website and they sent me the wrong one. I ordered the black one and they sent me the reddish one with completely different writing on the perimeter. I contacted the company via email (they do not post a phone number) and asked to exchange the reddish one for the black one that had ordered. They said they do not have the black one. So I asked for a refund. They refused, even though they advertise that they have a full exchange/refund program. Then in the next email, they said that they had sent me the black one that I had ordered (even though I had sent them a photo of the red one they sent me). They refuse to accept responsibility for sending me the wrong product and continue to advertise the black one on their website. They can't exchange it because they don't have the black one and they refuse to refund my money! I'm out $50
