Love the design pattern for the Sugar Skull Leggings! I've been on the hunt for some unique leggings than the traditional gym ones you can get and came across this gem recently (after I read their blog post). The entire collection is great as well & the various color palettes make it that much better.

Buyer beware! This company does not allow for refunds. So if you try it on and don't like how it fits, too bad. They will not give you a refund.

Hi Tammy, thank you for your feedback. Gearbunch does get a lot of feedback on the limitations on the Gearbunch Returns Policy, and that it does not allow for refunds or returns for change of mind on purchases, which is why it is detailed on each product page, and terms of service is acknowledged before being able to make your purchase. Your request to exchange the four pairs of capris you ordered to a smaller size has been processed.

Even one star does not deserve this company. They have no customer service. When they choose to read the e mail, they try anyway to not respond to the questions. Product is bad. They are advertising wronge. They say the product is not see through. (false) They would not refund or work with people. They send my capri leggins in a plastic grey shipping with no tags attached to the item. The item was not in a plastic sealed. It looked like it was returned by another customer. It was very unsanitary.

Hi Farimah, thank you for your feedback. All orders are shipped from our production facilities in sealed plastic satchels. We are sorry to hear the plastic satchel your capris were shipped in was not intact when you received it and for any concern this has caused you. The photo you sent through to our customer support team does show the black patterned underwear can be seen under the plain white capris you ordered. It is within reason that black underwear would be seen under white leggings. Our customer support team is working with you to resolve your complaint, with the offer of an exchange to a darker printed product.

I brought from this company a few years back now and received my order and everything was fine EXCEPT I was bombarded with so many texts and emails everyday that it has put me off using this company ever again. They had a STOP option on the texts but this did NOT WORK! It was continual harassment for over 6 months till I changed my email address and blocked their text number! Not funny at all!!!

When making a purchase, customers have the option to opt in to marketing if they would like to receive discounts and product updates. If you had trouble unsubscribing from the Gearbunch mailing list in 2018, we wish that you had of reached out to the Gearbunch Support team for assistance to be removed from the mailing list. Our support team has never received a request from you to be removed from the mailing lists, or to advise that you had tried to unsubscribe from the mailing list and it had been unsuccessful.

Very comfy leggings . They do fade a bit the when you stretch them to put them on. My first pair I bought a few year ago feel a little thicker and better quality . They were full length these are capris . Hopefully they last as long as my ones I have had now for five years . I would love to post pics but can’t find a place to upload

I did ask for a refund for the mediums that I ordered first. I was told that I had to provide pictures of the defective product but I couldn't because you already had them. And this has nothing to do with me being offended (I wasn't...just irritated) about Kerry telling me I needed a bigger size. The fact is I don't. I got the mediums and they were saggy in the crotch and baggy in the front where my legs meet my body. With your company being online, you should really have an easier return policy. Better yet, make a better product. For the price you charge, you could line the lighter pants. If you like, I can send you pics of me just standing rather than bending in them to show that they are not too small and you can see the tag. But you would have to reply to emails or answer the phone when someone calls. I have already contacted my credit card company and filed a complaint with the BBB. I ordered 2 pair of leggings in a medium, dark pink camo and eagle eye. They were both too big but the eagle eye pair were see through in the butt. Got an RMA # and sent them back. When I got the #, I told them that I wanted a refund on the eagle eye because they were see through. They told me that I had to send them a picture of the defective product, which I could not do because they already had them. So, when the smalls got here, I took pictures and video of me doing squats and RDLs in them to show they were see through. You can see the tag and my hand without them being stretched at all, with nothing in them. They are white in the butt and sewn together with black thread. They looked at the picture with the black thread showing and told me they were too small and I needed to order the bigger size, which I did not need to do. Now, they won't even reply to my emails, no RMA #, no attempt to rectify the situation. I would exchange them for a pair that is dark rather than light (they do not line the pants or use thick enough material), but how can I when they have stopped replying? Completely unprofessional. They have the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. You can't even get through on the customer service line because no one answers. You just leave your name and email for them to get back to you. Still waiting on that. For a company that does all their business online, they make it extremely difficult to return their expensive (over priced IMO) leggings. I have been wanting the eagle eye ones for years and finally feel confident enough to wear them. They were my birthday present to myself. Needless to say, I was/am very disappointed. Would not recommend ordering anything from this compaany.

Our customer support team has been in correspondence with your in regards to try to rectify this situation. From feedback previously received in regards to the limitations on returns, Gearbunch has put the returns policy and instruction on every product page, so that customer see it with every product they view. We would like to point out that your Return Merchandise Authority on your original order, you requested to exchange both pairs of leggings for size small. You did not contact our support team to advise there was a problem with the quality of either of your items, nor did you request a refund. Having received the white leggings, and now knowing they are not lined, you did not request to exchange the white leggings for a darker pair. Since receiving your exchange order in the smaller size the photo you have sent through of the product not being worn, shows the leggings are not see through. The seam is not visible and the eyes of the design are directly at the back of the leggings. The photos you have sent us of you wearing the leggings show the eyes of the design are wrapping around the side of your buttocks and the seam is completely stretched. Our team does appreciate it can cause offence being told that a larger size would be more suitable. You did not lodged a RMA (Return Merchandise Authority) request since receiving your exchange order. We are pleased that there has been no problems with the Dark Pink Camo Leggings
