I like the sweatshirt, but it took FOREVER to ship. Almost a month. And I paid for express shipping which was useless because once it was actually shipped it took over a week to get to me. Their customer service was totally unhelpful. Do NOT buy from here. You'll find better, cheaper, and faster-to-ship clothing elsewhere.

Only wish there was a rating WORSE than 1 star. Worst customer service policy EVER. They DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.....period. Know that before you order. Read the VERY FINE PRINT. I would never order from a company that does not allow returns, there is simply no reason to have a policy like that. You can't know if you will like an item or that it will fit until you receive it and try it. It should then be RETURNABLE. Buyer beware. This was my first and last interaction with GearBunch.

Second time to order from them. First time was perfect. Second time order tracking kept saying it was labeled for shipping. And, saying it. Aaaaand saying it. Called. Typical cheery voice mail blowing you off. Emailed. Got no response. Emailed again and again. Finally got a response telling me to track it myself and giving me tracking numbers which...again...never change, try as I may to look it up daily in vain hope that they finally decided to do something about it. This was over $160 worth of merchandise meant as a mothers day gift. Now, nobody responds at all. My money is gone and I'll do everything possible to flame this company until I get my order...if I ever get it.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Please read all the negative reviews and believe them! If for ANY reason you want to exchange/refund the item - YOU CAN'T! No one will return an e-mail and no one will answer the phone. If for ANY reason you are not satisfied with your purchase - oh well, you're out $100. DO NOT BUY!

I had a friend recommend Gear Bunch to me but was hesitant to buy any because they were so expensive. I told several other people about them because I knew they would love all the colors. I sent several customers their way who purchased leggings. My kids knew I love them so they pooled their money and gave me two pairs for my birthday. Sadly, I already had one of the pairs in the tattoo pattern. Gear Bunch would NOT let me trade them for a pair I didn't have. They kept telling me I couldn't return them because of a change of mind. I wrote them 5 times explaining my situation. They basically said, too bad. I love the leggings but the company needs to get a little humility and really give the customer care they claim to.

Ludicrous return policy. You cannot return leggings if they don't look good on you. Only exchanges for damage or size. I will never buy again for fear of not being able to return.

Poor customer service. BUYER BEWARE. You can't really tell what the leggings are going to be like until you get them, then you can't return them. The ones I received were ill-fitting and the pattern placement was bad
