Dear Jasmine, We’re truly sorry to hear that you had a negative experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. At GearAnime, we create made-to-order custom shoes using high-resolution printed artwork and durable synthetic materials. While we are not affiliated with major sneaker brands like Nike or Jordan, we are fully transparent that our designs are inspired by pop culture, anime, and fan art – not official collaborations. We never intend to mislead, and we clearly state on our website that these are custom, handcrafted items made to order. That said, we take quality concerns very seriously. If you received a defective product, we’d love the chance to make things right. Please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number, and we’ll be happy to assist you. Thank you again for your feedback – it helps us improve. GearAnime Team

Dear Monique, We’re really sorry to hear the shoes didn’t fit your son properly — that’s definitely frustrating, and we completely understand your disappointment. As all of our shoes are made-to-order and personalized, we currently don’t offer exchanges. That said, we always want to make things right for our customers wherever possible. If you’d be open to it, please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number. We’d love to offer you a special discount code for your next order, or help suggest options to rehome the pair (some of our customers have success gifting or reselling them). Thank you again for your feedback — it helps us improve. Warm regards, GearAnime Customer Experience Team

Dear Usagi Felton, Thank you so much for sharing your experience — we’re truly sorry to hear that your order didn’t go as expected. We totally understand your frustration, especially when it comes to sizing and how our customer portal works. Our intention is never to make things complicated, and we’re always looking for ways to improve both our system and our service. While we do rely on the customer-selected size during checkout to process made-to-order items, we hear you loud and clear: the process felt confusing and rigid. That’s something we’re actively working to simplify. We also apologize if our customer service response came off as unhelpful — we always aim to be flexible and empathetic, and we clearly fell short here. If you’d be open to giving us another chance, we’d be happy to offer a special discount on a future order, or suggest ways to help rehome the pair you received. Your feedback means a lot, and we’re grateful you took the time to write it. Warm regards, GearAnime Customer Experience Team
