Takes forever for anything to be shipped. I have been waiting for over a month and have not heard anything as to when the shoes I ordered will be shipped to me.

My biggest complaint is their delivery. I purchased priority shipping because I needed it within two weeks. Estimated delivery time said the package would arrive when I needed it. I paid and all was well. However, this was not accurate since 2 weeks later, I was final given a delivery time but it was more than 3 weeks out from the purchase date! That would have been the original date for free shipping so I can't imagine what the arrival date was if I didn't buy priority. I contacted them and they replied quickly with a refund of my shipping costs. Yet, they reminded me of their "policy." No matter how many clauses you have about procurement and shipping times, I paid extra because it stated an earlier arrival. I even gave enough time (14 days of a 6-8 day procurement schedule as stated) to get them sent out so I believed it! To me that's a scam and should be taken seriously. This was a gift so I had to go through all of this. I would not shop here if I didn't have to. I'll have to wait to see the quality if it was even worth all of this for a gift.

Customer service is bad. The shoes are about the artwork, which is as pictured, but the shoe quality itself is poor. It's very walmart/kmart/target store brand shoe style, however if you prioritize the art then you can look past that. What I can't look past is poor customer service, I was sent the wrong shoe size- I don't know when the size got changed out of my basket (because they have a convoluted system where you have to click a link in your email to sign in), so I was willing to pay shipping I asked customer service for an exchange- but they were completely unwilling to help at all since I couldn't prove they were "at fault". Which is crazy to me because it's not like I was even asking them to cover any of the costs, just to ship out the correct size. But lesson learned, I'll never purchase from them again and have a pair of shoes that are 5 sizes too small to remember them by ^_^ **In response to their response, I'm good on them pretending to care just because it's trustpilot. I've already found them a nice "rehome" without help and will be keeping all of my money in the future. **

Shoes were cute, but really cheap quality. They'll likely fall apart in a couple of months, but my daughter loves them and doesn't care, so we're keeping them. They print the Nike swoosh in the design, but they are definitely not Nikes, and not leather. Very poor quality. I won't spend $100 on their shoes again. I'd pay MAYBE $40 if I bought them again. They're not worth any more than that. The socks are also poor quality. They're very stiff with no stretch, uncomfortable fabric, and the print doesn't go around the whole sock in a cohesive image. They print a design on the front, there's a clear line where the images change, and then another print on the back. They also make my daughter's feet really sweaty. Wouldn't buy their socks again at any price.

So I took a chance and bought some shoes. For a good minute I thought I got scammed because of the tracking number not being valid. It was supposed the be a surprise for my nephew to boost his confidence. Well I got them and I was like wth are those?!?! The custom name ( UZUMAKI ) was done VERY BADLY and the shoe size was smaller than I expected.Not happy for what I spent ugh. Like come on people do y'all not check the end product before sending it out!!! How do I add pictures to this????

Wrong size I ordered women size en send me men size is to expensive and poor quality

I had bought shoes there. Printing is soo freaking poor quality and low resolution. Totally different than on the photos. Cheaply stinking shoes worth max. 10 Euros with out "nice picture" costed me 90 Euros with "nice picture". Delivery was quick. Can't recommend.

I ordered a pair of demon slayer shoes. They took the money from my bank account but didn’t send me a confirmation email or anything and when I contacted them they said they couldn’t find my order. I lost $98…im still trying to figure out if they have my order if not I want a refund.
